A.J. LeBlanc Heating, a family owned and operated business since 1928, is seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team in Southern New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch plumbing technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders
- Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with other dispatchers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plumbing department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC terminology and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology
