What You’ll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
Perform routine maintenance and identify repair opportunities honestly and professionally
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, repairs, and next steps
Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day
Work with office staff and fellow technicians to deliver a smooth customer experience
Represent A.J. LeBlanc Heating professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

Licensed and experienced HVAC technician
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Professional communication and customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
NH gas license and EPA certification preferred
