Yes. A.J. LeBlanc Heating works with builders and general contractors on new construction HVAC. We coordinate on scheduling, phasing, and inspections so the heating, cooling, and ductwork stay on track with the rest of the build.
How do you size the system for a new home?
We run a Manual J load calculation on new system installs, sizing the equipment to the home's actual heat loss and gain rather than a square-footage rule of thumb. Right-sizing keeps the home comfortable, efficient, and quiet, and avoids the short-cycling that comes with an oversized system.
What heating and cooling options work for a new build?
We design the system around your home, budget, and efficiency goals. Options include a high-efficiency furnace with central air, a cold-climate heat pump for all-electric heating and cooling, ductless mini splits, or a boiler with hydronic heat. We walk you and your builder through the trade-offs and any NHSaves rebates that apply.
