Warranty coverage, built to last and backed in writing.
Every heating and air-conditioning installation completed by A.J. LeBlanc Heating across Southern New Hampshire comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty. We register every heating and air-conditioning system we install for the applicable manufacturer parts coverage and offer optional extended parts-and-labor protection on eligible equipment.
Standard Warranty Coverage on Every Install
We register every heating and air-conditioning system we install for the applicable manufacturer parts coverage. Every heating and air-conditioning installation also includes our 5-year workmanship warranty at no extra cost.
5-Year Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our heating and air-conditioning installation work for five years. If an issue is caused by how we installed a furnace, boiler, heat pump, mini split, or central air-conditioning system, we return and correct it at no charge under the workmanship warranty.
See what's covered
- Brazed and flared line set joints we made
- Electrical connections and disconnects
- Ductwork transitions and sealing
- Condensate drainage and routing
- Venting, flue, and gas piping connections
- Mounting, leveling, and pad work
- Field-made refrigerant connections, pressure testing, and any charging or adjustment our team performs
Refrigerant leaks are only covered under workmanship if they originate from a connection we made. Leaks caused by manufacturer defects, part failures, or damage to the equipment are handled through the manufacturer's parts warranty (or the extended warranty if purchased), not workmanship.
Manufacturer Parts Warranty (Registered for You)
Registration rules vary by manufacturer, model, installation type, and state. Many manufacturers provide longer registered coverage when qualifying equipment is registered by the deadline in the warranty terms. We register the heating and air-conditioning equipment we install and give you the model-specific warranty documents for your records.

Warranty FAQ
How long is your workmanship warranty and what does it cover?
Every A.J. LeBlanc Heating heating and air-conditioning installation comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty. It covers issues caused by our installation, including field-made refrigerant connections, electrical connections, ductwork transitions, condensate routing, venting, gas piping, mounting, and any refrigerant charging or adjustment our team performs under the manufacturer's instructions.
Refrigerant leaks are covered as workmanship when the leak is at a connection we made. Leaks caused by a manufacturer defect or part failure are handled through the applicable parts or extended warranty.
Do I have to register my equipment to get the full manufacturer warranty?
Registration rules vary by manufacturer, model, installation type, and state, and many manufacturers provide longer registered coverage when qualifying equipment is registered by the deadline in the warranty terms. A.J. LeBlanc Heating registers the heating and air-conditioning equipment we install and gives you the model-specific warranty documents for your records.
What does the manufacturer parts warranty cover?
Manufacturer parts warranties typically cover defects in major components including compressors, heat exchangers, electronic boards, blowers, motors, and coils. Coverage length varies by brand and component, with most major HVAC manufacturers offering 10 years on parts when the system is properly registered. The warranty covers the cost of replacement parts but not the labor to install them, which is where extended coverage comes in.
What warranty coverage comes with a Daikin system?
Every Daikin system A.J. LeBlanc installs includes 12-year parts and labor coverage through Daikin, with no deductible. We provide the registration and coverage information with your installation paperwork.
What optional extended-coverage plans are available?
Depending on the equipment, options include Parts Only, Labor Only, Labor Plus, and Parts & Labor Plus coverage. The plans have no deductible and can transfer to a new homeowner without a fee. We review the exact term, covered equipment, maintenance requirements, exclusions, and claim process with you before enrollment.
Can the extended coverage transfer if I sell my home?
Yes. JB Warranties says its plans can transfer to a new homeowner without a transfer fee. Follow the transfer instructions and time limit in your written agreement.
How do I get warranty service?
Call A.J. LeBlanc Heating at 603-623-0412 with your agreement number and a description of the problem. We confirm which manufacturer warranty or extended agreement applies and coordinate eligible service under the written coverage.
Do you honor warranties on equipment you did not install?
We service all major brands regardless of who installed the equipment. In most cases, we can process an eligible manufacturer warranty repair even when another contractor installed the system. Coverage depends on the brand, model, registration, written warranty terms, and the type of failure. We verify the manufacturer's coverage and our ability to process the claim before starting warranty work. The optional A.J. LeBlanc Heating Extended Warranty and Service Agreement is available only on eligible equipment we install, subject to its written terms.
Want the full coverage picture before you buy?
Every A.J. LeBlanc Heating estimate spells out exactly what is included (workmanship, manufacturer parts, Daikin extended program where applicable) and what optional extended coverage is available, with pricing. No pressure, no obligation.
