It covers issues caused by our installation, including field-made refrigerant connections, electrical connections, ductwork transitions, condensate routing, venting, gas piping, mounting, and any refrigerant charging or adjustment our team performs under the manufacturer's instructions.

Refrigerant leaks are covered as workmanship when the leak is at a connection we made. Leaks caused by a manufacturer defect or part failure are handled through the applicable parts or extended warranty.

Registration rules vary by manufacturer, model, installation type, and state, and many manufacturers provide longer registered coverage when qualifying equipment is registered by the deadline in the warranty terms. A.J. LeBlanc Heating registers the heating and air-conditioning equipment we install and gives you the model-specific warranty documents for your records.

Every Daikin system A.J. LeBlanc installs includes 12-year parts and labor coverage through Daikin, with no deductible. We provide the registration and coverage information with your installation paperwork.

Depending on the equipment, options include Parts Only, Labor Only, Labor Plus, and Parts & Labor Plus coverage. The plans have no deductible and can transfer to a new homeowner without a fee.
