Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Learn to read and interpret system blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Help in conducting tests and inspections for newly installed systems to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in job site preparation and cleanup processes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures along with regulatory compliance.
