A.J. LeBlanc Heating is seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an HVAC Installation Apprentice. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who are starting their career in the HVAC industry and wish to gain hands-on experience with a leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Learn to read and interpret system blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Help in conducting tests and inspections for newly installed systems to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in job site preparation and cleanup processes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures along with regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Enrollment in or completion of HVAC technical training is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of tool and equipment safety.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse environments.
