HVAC Customer Service Representative

About the Role

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring a full-time HVAC Customer Service Representative for our Bedford office. This home-services customer service and scheduling role helps homeowners get the right HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service while keeping our office, dispatch, and field teams organized.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and help homeowners describe their service needs.
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water-treatment appointments and enter accurate customer, property, and job information.
• Support dispatch by coordinating with technicians, installers, warehouse staff, and managers.
• Communicate appointment details, arrival windows, and updates clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on open service items and help keep daily office work moving.
• Maintain accurate notes, forms, and customer records in company systems.

What We're Looking For

• Clear, friendly, and professional phone and written communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a busy customer service office.
• Comfort learning scheduling, customer relationship management, and internal company tools.
• Dependability, good judgment, and a team-first approach.
• HVAC customer service, dispatch, call-center, or home-service office experience is helpful but not required.
